Canadian Vet Clinic collects your name, mobile number and optional notes when you submit the campaign form. Submitting asks our Meena team to contact you about your booking request by phone or WhatsApp. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Clicking the WhatsApp button opens a chat with the Meena branch and records a campaign lead. It does not automatically send a message or provide your WhatsApp contact details to the website.
We save submitted enquiries and WhatsApp-button activity in a restricted clinic dashboard. A random visit identifier helps avoid counting repeated actions twice. Campaign source tags and a hashed network identifier help measure the campaign and limit spam.
If you allow measurement, Meta Pixel reports a page visit and a Lead event when you submit the form successfully or click WhatsApp. Where configured, the server also sends the event through Meta’s Conversions API with the same event identifier to avoid double counting. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, page address and advertising cookies. Your typed name, phone number and notes are not included in these events. Declining measurement does not prevent you from using the form or WhatsApp.
You can change your advertising choice on the campaign page. To ask the clinic to correct or delete an enquiry or stop following up, contact the Meena team on 056 620 4446 and identify the phone number used. Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed to handle them and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
